If you have a problem with the size of the hat or cap you bought, return it within 30 days, unworn, in the same condition as you received it. You should choose insured postage. As soon as we receive your returned hat, we will return it to you in the size you requested, the postage will be added to the returned hat, which will be agreed by email or phone. Or we will refund the full price of your hat (excluding the original postage).
There is no need for a separate refund order.
If returned after 30 days of receipt, we will not be able to exchange or refund your money.
